Interiors follow a Victorian Revival concept — lime-washed walls, restored millwork, and existing ceiling murals preserved throughout the mansion's public rooms.
In the residences, kitchens pair marble countertops and gold leaf accents with oil-rubbed bronze fixtures and brass pendant lighting, set against warm herringbone flooring; bathrooms carry the same restraint, with hexagon marble floors, black-accented fixtures, and vanities finished in a deep oxblood.
The amenity plan turns the mansion's original public rooms into shared space: a circular lounge and dry bar beneath the restored ceiling mural, a coworking area, and a mail and package room finished in painted millwork and antique brass. A ground-floor fitness center, currently unfinished mansion basement space, is planned with warm wood tones, a sauna, and full equipment.
